These regulations specify the functioning of the Online Store under the name Hotline

located at www.hotlineclothes.com and the terms of its use. The Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Store's customers, as well as the rights, obligations and scope of liability of the Administrator as the entity managing and running the Store.

Each potential customer is required to read the Regulations and may take further actions only after prior consent and acceptance of all its provisions.

The owner of the Online Store www.hotlineclothes.com is the company Hotline Krystian Bukowski Płock piaski 1/83 09-407. Registered in the business register under the Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7743234153.

General provisions

The Regulations define the rules for the conclusion and performance of the contract for the sale of goods on the Store's website.

To use the Store, it is necessary to have devices that allow access to the Internet, an e-mail account and an internet resource browser that allows displaying websites.

The subject of the sale are goods presented by the Store at the time of ordering.

The store does not receive parcels sent to it on delivery.

§ 2 Placing orders

Orders placed through the Store's website can be placed around the clock, with the exception of collections made available for ordering for a specified period.

To place an order, add the selected item to the cart, and then follow the further instructions displayed on the Store's website.

After placing the order, the Buyer receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order by the Store.

 

The store provides one of the following payment methods :,

cash to the hands of an employee of a courier company or Poczta Polska (cash on delivery),

by PayPal.

By purchasing the goods, the buyer grants the seller a power of attorney to conclude a contract on his behalf with a post office to deliver the parcel.

Protection of personal data and privacy

By completing the order form, the Buyer declares that the data provided in it are consistent with the facts.

By completing the order form, the Buyer agrees to the processing of the data provided for the purpose of processing and handling the order by the Seller, who is also a data administrator, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data.

Personal data contained in the Seller's database are not transferred to entities not participating in the implementation of the order.

The buyer, in accordance with the aforementioned Act, has the right to inspect his personal data, and to correct and delete it. The Seller provides each Buyer with the right to control data processing in accordance with art. 32 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Providing personal data is voluntary, however, the lack of consent specified in § 6 para. 2 for the processing of personal data prevents the execution of the Buyer's order.

Prices of goods and payment

1, All prices are in Polish zlotys and do not include VAT due to the exemption from VAT under Art. 113 section 1 or 9 of the VAT Act. The price given for each product is binding when the customer places the order. The hotlineclothes.com store reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, introduce new goods to the online store offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the store's website.

2. The Customer may choose the following forms of payment for ordered goods:

a) payment on delivery - payment is received by courier, Poczta Polska.

b) By transfer via PayPal.

Purchase of goods on hotlineclothes.com means full acceptance of the store's regulations. By purchasing the product (s) you give HOTLINE a one-time power of attorney to conclude a contract for the provision of services on behalf of the buyer and on the buyer's account with Poczta Polska or another courier company - to send the purchased goods through it. The power of attorney does not in any way charge the Buyer.

A consumer who has a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason and without incurring costs. Before sending a package, please contact us by mail: mail@hotlineclothes.com for a return. Used clothes are not refundable.

Ordering products offered by hotlineclothes.com requires providing full address details in the appropriate form. Mandatory fields are marked.

 

Payment data

In the case of payment via electronic transfer, customer service is taken over by Paypal. The Paypal service is responsible for the data provided in its forms. Paypal forms are located on a secure server and are a cipher
